Inertia ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Inertia mobile application ("App") and related services, including our website and newsletter. | Local Storage | By default, data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it. Uninstalling may delete this data. |

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Locally stored data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App. Cloud-synced data is retained until you request deletion.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. Data transmitted to our servers is encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers are located.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
